Hi everyone, Gerri and Nicole here in Sunny Brighton.

As you know we are passionate about supporting people to develop positive relationships in their lives at home and at work. Right now we are busy producing  new products and courses which will be available soon.

Meanwhile we are developing a strong relationship with the beach and a more tentative one with the brighton sea which  surprsingly Gerri found rather cold this morning.

Here we are in Nottingham taking some time out this weekend to plan  great Empowered Futures Events for 2010. We have been reflecting on 2009 and the goals we have achieved aswell as looking at the learnings we have had throughout last year. It is really important to take time out to plan for your goals and to get excited about what’s possible for you this year. So if you havn’t already done so take a little time out to jot down some ideas… how will 2010 be different for you?
