Gerri and Nicole
We are both experienced coaches, NLP Master Practioners and Trainers.
Nicole Barrons
Nicole brings her many years of developing people and own personal experience to help you create positive change. She has been involved with personal development for 13 years and has worked in education for 18 years having had extensive experience as a teacher before moving in to the coaching field. Her specialist interests have been in the area of Personal, Social and Emotional education for staff and children. Understanding the root of many classroom difficulties she has developed trainings for staff, parent workshops to support parents with managing behaviour and has also worked with family learning projects. During this time Nicole has delivered trainings to whole staff and specific trainings and workshops for teaching assistants and midday supervisors. She has a comprehensive understanding of issues faced by teaching professionals and the situations they need to address.
She is an accredited Life coach and certified Master NLP Practioner and Trainer.
Gerri Bright
A qualified social worker Gerri has extensive experience working in settings involving behavioural change. She has taught at FE and University level on social work and community and youth work courses and has a background in development work. She has managed a registered charity and developed and managed a social enterprise. Throughout her professional life she has been involved in providing opportunities for enabling people. For the last 10 years she has also been a trainer and consultant in the voluntary and community sector providing support to implement new changes, evaluate organisations, and for comprehensive staff development. A workshop leader at national conferences and trainer to national organisations, she has a wide understanding of issues affecting people at an individual, organisational and global level. Gerri is an accredited Life coach and certified NLP Master Practioner and Trainer
