What happens during coaching sessions?
Imagine a relationship where you are the focus, your success and achievements are of the utmost importance. During coaching sessions we develop an empowering and supportive relationship where we work with you in a non judgemental way to identify areas of your life where positive change is needed.
During our sessions we will work together empowering you to identify and achieve what you want in your life.
What is Coaching for Success?
Coaching for Success is a process, which you are in charge of and take responsibility for. Coaching is not counselling and whilst we acknowledge the impact of the past in getting you to where you are now, now is where we start, and our focus is on where you want to be.
Goal setting and realistic action plans are used to enable you to map out the ‘route’ to the results you desire. You have to take responsibility for doing it! We are there to support you to overcome obstacles and retain motivation.
By taking a solution focused approach you can move forward to the life you want.
Why might I need Coaching for Success?
If you want to make the most of your life and achieve more, overcome limiting beliefs, unwanted habits, be more motivated and or confident, develop successful relationships or focus on specific issues, then Coaching for Success is for you.
Focus areas may be:
• Health – Change eating habits, weight loss, motivation to exercise, smoking cessation etc
• Career change/ reassessment – Redundancy, new roles and responsibilities, developing new skills, better communication strategies, work life balance, minimise stress
• Finances – Managing your finances effectively, achieving financial goals, bringing balance, increasing your wealth
• Lifestyle change /transitions – Creating new relationships, birth, death, marriage, divorce, moving house

How do I start?

In our initial session we will discuss with you the most appropriate methods for us to assist you and how many sessions you need.
We have a variety of tools and techniques including, NLP and hypnosis
A typical session will last at least an hour and can be face to face or by phone. You can choose to book individual sessions or a rolling programme of on going coaching sessions (4/6/12) these can be weekly/fortnightly.
Specific issues and problems will benefit from our more intense breakthrough sessions which involve an initial 2 hour consultation followed by several sessions within a short space of time.
